1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Tiomachkin Sp. z o.o., NIP 5273129669 ("we"), which uses the TumbAIumbabot assistant to answer messages and manage appointments. Contact: tridgikk@gmail.com.
2. What data we process
- Your public profile data from the messaging service you write from (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Telegram): name, username, profile picture and account identifier.
- The content of the messages you send us and our replies.
- Details you give us for a booking, such as the chosen service, date and time, and a phone number or email if you provide one.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data (for example health information) in the chat.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your questions and book, change or cancel appointments (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps at your request before or under a contract).
- To keep the service secure and working, and to improve our replies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest).
We do not send marketing messages unless you write to us first, and only within the limits set by the messaging service.
4. Who processes the data for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — server hosting in the EU.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — domain name service.
- Meta Platforms (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) and Telegram — deliver the messages you exchange with us.
- Providers of AI language models, when automatic replies are enabled — they receive message text to generate an answer.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep conversation and booking data for as long as it is needed to serve you and handle your appointments, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to tridgikk@gmail.com. Jakie dane: publiczne dane profilu z komunikatora (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram): imię, nazwa użytkownika, zdjęcie profilowe i identyfikator konta; treść wiadomości; dane rezerwacji (usługa, termin, telefon lub e-mail, jeśli je podasz). Prosimy nie przesyłać w czacie danych wrażliwych, np. o zdrowiu.
Cel i podstawa: odpowiedzi na pytania oraz rezerwacje, zmiany i odwołania wizyt (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO); bezpieczeństwo i doskonalenie usługi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Odbiorcy: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting w UE), Cloudflare (domena), Meta i Telegram (dostarczanie wiadomości), dostawcy modeli AI przy włączonych automatycznych odpowiedziach. Przekazanie danych poza EOG odbywa się z zabezpieczeniami wymaganymi przez RODO, np. standardowymi klauzulami umownymi.
Okres przechowywania: tak długo, jak to potrzebne do obsługi Ciebie i Twoich wizyt, lub do czasu żądania usunięcia.
