Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Tiomachkin Sp. z o.o. to delete all data related to your conversations with us at any time.

  1. Send an email to tridgikk@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us which service you wrote to us from (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp or Telegram) and your username or phone number there, so we can find your conversation.
  3. We delete your contact profile, messages and booking history within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also remove our app's access to your account in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and websites. This stops new data from reaching us; to delete data we already hold, send the request above.

Usuwanie danych (PL)

W każdej chwili możesz poprosić Tiomachkin Sp. z o.o. o usunięcie wszystkich danych związanych z Twoimi rozmowami.

  1. Wyślij e-mail na tridgikk@gmail.com z tematem „Usunięcie danych”.
  2. Podaj komunikator, z którego do nas pisałeś (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp lub Telegram), oraz nazwę użytkownika lub numer telefonu.
  3. Usuniemy profil kontaktu, wiadomości i historię rezerwacji w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to e-mailem.
